How do I see an image of cashed / cleared cheques?

Images of cheques are only available for cheques that you wrote and that have cleared your account. Cheque images are not available for cheques that you deposited to your account.


1. Login to Online Banking

2. Click the account that the cheque was written from

3. Filter the search

Click the down arrow beside "All" and select "Withdrawals"

You can enter a date range and press the green "View" button on the right side to refine your search

4. Cheques will be named "Clearing Cheque"

5. Click on the camera icon beside the cheque to see the image of the cheque.


An image of each cleared cheque is also included at the bottom of each online statement.

If you are signed up for Online Statements, cleared cheque images are included in your Online Statements. See steps to access Online Statements through the Mobile App.


If you are not signed up for Online Statements, cheque images are not included in your Online Statements. See how to sign up for Online Statements.

In order to have cleared cheques listed in your paper monthly statements, you must have "Cleared Cheque Return". Images of all cleared cheques will then be included at the end of your paper statement. Contact us to discuss Cleared Cheque Return.
