Lost or Stolen Card

To cancel your lost or stolen Cambrian Credit Union MEMBER CARD call 1.888.277.1043 or select “Account Services” available through Online Banking.

To cancel your lost or stolen Cambrian Credit Union CREDIT CARD, call 1.855.341.4643 if you're in Canada or the US or if you're in another country, call collect at 1.647.252.9564.

If your identification, credit cards or ATM cards have been lost or stolen, it is also a good idea to inform the credit bureaus of Equifax and Transunion. They can add a note to your file that you have lost or stolen cards and may be a victim of fraudulent activity. Contact Equifax at 1.800.465.7166 and Transunion at 1.800.663.9980.
