Attendance protocol: only authorized attendees can enter the video meeting.
Encryption: all meeting data is encrypted using industry-standard practices.
We can share screens to display relevant information and use the mark-up tool to highlight key points on the screen.
Book a meeting online and choose “Video” to meet via video. Or contact us and we will book it for you.
You will receive confirmation by text or email with the meeting date and time.
You can modify or cancel the meeting prior to the start time.
At the meeting time, click the link in your confirmation email to join the waiting room. Ensure you do not have any other video meeting software open on your computer.
After the meeting you will be sent a survey via email to rate your experience. We encourage members to provide their feedback so we can continue to improve.
