How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication on my Cambrian account?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides added security to your account. When 2FA is activated, you will need to enter a one-time code, along with your password, to log in. Check out our detailed guide on how to set up 2FA on your Cambrian account.

How do I place a hold on my account if my Cambrian debit card is lost or stolen?

To cancel your ATM/Debit card during business hours, contact us at 204-925-2727 or 1-888-695-8900 (within Canada) or visit a branch.

To cancel your ATM/Debit card after hours, contact 1-888-277-1043.

You can also suspend or cancel your card through Online Banking - find out how.

To get an immediate card replacement, visit any one of our branches. Replacement cards issued over the phone can take 2-3 weeks to arrive in the mail.

What do I do if my Cambrian Credit Union Mastercard® is lost or stolen?

To report a lost or stolen Cambrian Mastercard®, contact Cardholder Services immediately at 1-855-341-4643 (Canada and U.S.) or 1-647-252-9564 (International Collect). They will block and reissue your card.

I’ve just received a text/phone call/email from someone claiming to be from Cambrian. How can I tell if it’s real?

Cambrian will never send you an unsolicited email/text or call you to request your personal information, such as your debit or credit card number, password, Social Insurance Number (SIN), or ID.
