You can cancel an Interac e-Transfer only if it has not yet been accepted by the recipient.
1. Login to Online Banking
2. Go to the "Interac e-Transfer" menu and select "Send Money"
3. In the menu below "Send Money" click "Pending"
4. Click "Options" beside the Interac e-Transfer you wish to cancel then select "Cancel"
5. Confirm that you want to cancel by clicking "Yes"

1. Log into the Mobile App
2. Click "Interac e-Transfer"
3. Select "Send Money"
4. Below the Send Money title, select "Pending"
5. Click "Options" below the Interac e-Transfer you wish to cancel then select "Cancel"
6. Confirm that you want to cancel by clicking "Yes"
