How do I cancel my lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card?

Suspend ATM/Debit card

This will temporarily disable the card. The card can be reactivated at a later date.

1. Click "Suspend ATM/Debit Card" in the "Quick Links" box on the righthand side of the home page

2. Choose "Suspend Card" for the card you want to suspend

Cancel ATM/Debit card

This will permanently disable the card. Should be used if card is stolen.

1. Click “Cancel ATM/Debit Card” in the "Quick Links" box on the righthand side of the home page

2. Choose "Cancel Card" for the card you want to cancel

To get an immediate card replacement, visit any one of our branches.

Replacement cards issued over the phone can take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive in the mail.
