Autodeposit Interac e-Transfer®

Autodeposit automatically deposits Interac e-Transfers in your account, without having to answer a security question.*


You must register for Interac Autodeposit.

  1. Select “Transfer” in the top menu of CIB
  2. Select “Interac e-Transfer” in the side menu
  3. On the Interac e-Transfer page, click “Continue”
  4. Select “Autodeposit Settings” in the menu
  5. Enter the required information:
    o Email and/or text number
    o Account where Interac e-Transfers should be deposited
  6. Click the boxes to acknowledge the information entered
  7. Click “Register”
  8. Click "Complete Registration" in the email or text sent from Interac to activate your Autodeposit registration


* Interac e-Transfers sent from accounts at financial instructions that do not support Autodeposit will require the recipient to answer a security question and manually deposit the e-Transfer in their account.
