With our recent Cambrian Mobile App update, you may notice that your User ID and password are no longer stored within the app. This could have happened if:

• Your User ID/password were previously saved within your browser/device
• You previously enabled the “Remember Me” feature on the Mobile App

Check your phone’s operating system!

Staying up-to-date with digital technologies is not only important for the banking experience you receive with Cambrian – it’s also important for the security of your information.

For this reason, if you’re running an older version of Apple or Android operating systems, you’ll need to run a software update on your phone to continue using the Cambrian Mobile App.

• Apple iOS requires version 15.6 & higher
• Android requires version 9 & higher

TIP: If you have trouble logging in after we launch our new Mobile App experience, please check if you’re running an older version, upgrade the software on your device, and try logging in again.

• All settings remain the same, including payees

Earlier this fall, we launched a new home page design in Online Banking that will now be available in our Mobile App as well!

• New layout and navigation
• Account details sorted by type & maturity date
• Quick summary of total funds at the top of the page
• Most popular “List View” as new default (with “Grid View” option)
• “Expand All” to view detailed account information
• “Options Menu” for quick and easy navigation
• Print screen as you’re currently viewing it

• Order cheques, add stop payments & more right from each account
• Add new accounts in the Mobile App

Investments

• Investments sorted by type & maturity date
• Total investment summary visible
• Add new products in the Mobile App
• Expand investments to see more

• Total borrowing summary visible
• Expand or collapse sections
• Download mortgage interest statement
