Member Services Representatives are the welcoming and friendly faces of Cambrian. In this role, you put members first by assisting with their banking needs and identifying solutions that simplify their finances.
The Sales & Service Associate is a champion for both the Achieva Financial & Cambrian Credit Union brands and will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to our members who interact with us through our various communication options, which include by phone, email, secure message, live chat and others. Our Sales & Service Associates primarily work remotely.
