The first time you login to our Mobile App, your device will automatically prompt you to set up Touch ID or Face ID.

  • Apple Devices: enable Touch ID or Face ID
  • Android Devices: enable Biometrics


Setting Up Touch ID or Face ID

1. Turn on "Remember me" on home screen (toggle will turn blue)

2. Login to the Mobile App

3. Click "More"

4. Apple Devices: Set Touch ID or Face ID to "On" (or "Off" to turn off)

Android Devices: Set Biometrics to "On" (or "Off" to turn off)
