How do I send a Secure Message?

1. Login to Cambrian Online Banking

2. Click the envelope icon in the top menu

3. Select "Write to Us" in the top right

4. Fill in the subject field and message box and click "Send"

5. Go back to "Secure Messaging" to view our response

Our normal response time is the next business day (Monday to Friday).
