Canada Emergency Business Account

The Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) provides interest-free loans to small businesses and not-for-profits to help cover operating costs. Some of the elements of CEBA include:

  • Interest free loan up to $40,000 until Dec 31, 2022
  • No minimum monthly principal payments until December 31, 2022
  • Loan forgiveness up to $10,000 provided balance is fully paid on or before Dec 31, 2022

How To Apply


Cambrian has been approved to provide CEBA loans to assist our business members whose operations have been affected by COVID-19. To make the CEBA application process faster and easier for our members, we have put in place a process that will allow you to sign your Loan Agreement Application Form digitally. Here are the steps you will need to follow in order to sign your form digitally:


  1. Click the 'Apply Now' button below and fill out the CEBA form with your business information. Make sure to include your Full name, Full Legal business name, email address and phone number we can reach you at. Your email will be forwarded to Cambrian staff members responsible for reviewing and processing CEBA applications.
  2. Once we’ve received your business information, Cambrian will send you an application by email (the email will come from OneSpan Sign). This is the Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) – Borrower Application and Attestation Form. Please review the form and sign it electronically. You will then receive a copy of the signed documents also via email. Once Cambrian has reviewed, a staff member will reach out to you.
  3. If you are a signing authority for multiple businesses and would like to apply for a loan under the CEBA program for each business, please submit a separate application for each.
